Not only did you present a thorough and well conceived bid for the job, but you were able to stay within the budget constraints accordingly. Your subcontractors worked efficiently and thoroughly - and the quality of the work unquestionable. Most importantly, it was working with you and seeing how well you managed the process when many things could have gone wrong, that is what I am most grateful for. We chose J.R Grech as our contractors for a project that involved combining two apartments as well as a total renovation of the combined apartment.

We were nervous going into the project having heard many horror stories from friends about the cost and time overruns when they undertook similar work.

However, the job went extremely smoothly and came in on budget and within the promised period. Everyone from the company displayed a great deal of professionalism and we had virtually no problems with our building. Silvano and his team were very accessible and worked well with our architects. We are not looking to do a project of that scope any time soon, but if we were, we have no doubts as to who we would go with.
